Introduction
The Suspension line has a 13 km length. It starts in Oberbarmen and goes by various stations to the end station in Wuppertal-Vohwinkel. When they builded the suspension line lots of people protested against it. The line is finished in 1901 and did cost 13 miljon mark. It's the worlds only electrical public transport suspension line. This line therefore is famouse around the world and when you love trains or tramways, a visit to the suspension line is a must!
