Puno
Puno is the sity situated at the boarder of the lake Titicaca. In
slept in Puno in a
hotel on the second floor. I now know (because
of the height) how it feels to be 80!
When you go to Puno,
do not sleep at the second floor or don't bring a heavy
suitcase with you! Puno is not an intresting
city. I visited the Eiffel bridge.
When it was built, it was the longest bridge of South America.
At first sight, you don't see anything special, but when you
look a bit closer the bridge indeed is quite long and it does have a special
iron construction.
Procession
In Puno I watched a procession.
Although Peru is a religious country
there were not many people walking in the procession. Maybe this tradition
will disappear over a few years.
