When you subscribe your site for an overview by me, you can win one of the following awards:

When your web-site doesn't look ok, has a lot of dead-links, non working scripts etc, then you won't receive an award.


This award is for starters. the website does look very common and can contain some errors, like a few dead-links etc.


This award is for websites that operate correct and does have real information. The site does however have some minors, like for example long loading-times, lots of commercial banners, pop-ups etc.


When you receive this award your website offers good quality. The pages are valid by W3C-standards and are interesting for the viewers.


When you receive this award I'm a bit jealous. Your site is offering lots of extra's, is original and pages are loading good. You may be very proud to receive an award like this!

Conditions:
Only websites that are submitted by post will be judged.
Only non-commercial sites will be judged. (Some single banners are allowed, but are decreasing the score)
Websites with only links and no self-made content will not be judged
Websites with only member-sections, or obliged submitting forms will not be judged.
No pornography, racism, illegal stuff etc.

Sites will be judged on:
originality
irritating or not ( pop-up's, banners, readability etc.)
HTML (according to W3C-standard)
total impression

(in short under your URL you will find some statements about your site.
All sites that have submitted will be mentioned on the links page. Sites that didn't win an award will be removed.
On December 31 in the year 2004 I will select a winning site and this owner will receive a small surprise.

Why submission by postcard?
(It's more fun to receive a postcard  + otherwise my e-mail account will get full.
